Note on Google Cloud and Apple & iCloud Usage
We use Google Cloud and Apple devices and iCloud services internally to store, synchronize, and back up certain business-related data (including calendar events, notes, and secure documents). While we employ Google's and Apple’s built-in encryption, please be aware that Google and iCloud storage is subject to Google and Apple’s privacy and security protocols. If you share personal information with us via platforms or applications that synchronize with Google Could and iCloud, you acknowledge that some data may reside on Google's and  Apple’s servers under Apple’s terms of service.

3. Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on our website, analyze site usage, and assist in our marketing efforts. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our site. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. All decisions involving your personal data are made by our team members.

6. How We Use Information

We process the information we collect for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To arrange and manage corporate housing bookings, coordinate training sessions, and perform revenue‐management analyses.
  • Customer Support & Communication: To respond to inquiries, confirm service details, send reminders, and update you on account status.

We rely on lawful bases such as performance of contract, compliance with legal obligations, your consent (for promotional communications), or our legitimate interests (e.g., improving services, ensuring security).

7. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We share your information only under the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers & Contractors: We may disclose data to third parties who perform functions on our behalf, including IT and cloud-hosting providers (including Google Cloud and Apple’s iCloud for back-up), payment processors, email service platforms, logistics partners, and analytics vendors. These service providers are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and use it solely to perform services for us.
  • Business Partners & Affiliates: We may share necessary information with partners involved in service delivery. For instance, guest details may be shared with third-party lodging or transportation partners to fulfill housing arrangements, or attendee information may be shared with trainers or venues for training sessions. These partners are allowed to use the data only for the specific purposes we authorize.
  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose personal data if required by law, a court order, government request, or to comply with other legal processes.
  • Business Transfers: If FG undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal and business data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, provided that the successor entity agrees to abide by this Privacy Policy.
  • With Your Consent: We may share information with third parties when you explicitly consent (e.g., you authorize us to post your testimonial or share data with a strategic partner).

8. International Data Transfers

Our operations are global, and data collected from you may be transferred to, processed, or stored in countries other than your country of residence. Those countries may have different data protection laws. When transferring data from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK to locations that do not provide an “adequate” level of protection under EU/UK law, we use appropriate safeguards—such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or similar mechanisms—to ensure your data remains protected. We will comply with all applicable cross‐border data transfer requirements and maintain safeguards to protect your information.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal and business data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy, or as required by law. Retention periods vary by data type:

  • Financial & Billing Records: Typically retained for at least seven (7) years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
  • Client & Service Records: Retained for the duration of the client relationship and a reasonable period thereafter (e.g., to address disputes or support compliance).
  • Marketing & Event Data: Retained until you opt out of communications or withdraw consent, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

When data is no longer needed, we will securely delete, anonymize, or aggregate it so that it can no longer identify you.

10. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

  • Secure encryption of data in transit (e.g., TLS/SSL) and at rest (including iCloud and Google cloud  storage used for business purposes).
  • Access controls and authentication procedures to limit data access only to authorized personnel.
  • Periodic security audits, vulnerability testing, and staff training programs to ensure ongoing protection.
  • Use of reputable cloud-hosting services that adhere to recognized security certifications and protocols.

While we strive to maintain robust security, no method of data transmission or storage is completely foolproof. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting personal data, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

  • Withdraw Consent: If our processing is based on consent (for example, email marketing), you may withdraw that consent at any time.
