Note on Google Cloud and Apple & iCloud Usage
We use Google Cloud and Apple devices and iCloud services internally to store, synchronize, and back up certain business-related data (including calendar events, notes, and secure documents). While we employ Google's and Apple’s built-in encryption, please be aware that Google and iCloud storage is subject to Google and Apple’s privacy and security protocols. If you share personal information with us via platforms or applications that synchronize with Google Could and iCloud, you acknowledge that some data may reside on Google's and  Apple’s servers under Apple’s terms of service.

For instance, guest details may be shared with third-party lodging or transportation partners to fulfill housing arrangements, or attendee information may be shared with trainers or venues for training sessions. These partners are allowed to use the data only for the specific purposes we authorize.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose personal data if required by law, a court order, government request, or to comply with other legal processes.
• Business Transfers: If FG undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal and business data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, provided that the successor entity agrees to abide by this Privacy Policy.
